E-mail: 		Thank you so much everyone working hard to make our Holida**pecial. I am a Jersey Girl who LOVES Taylor Ham and has turned my 4 sons on to it. They have it on their Christmas list as #1. Thanks to Kate they will be getting it for Christmas. But the most important person I need to thank is Kristen. No one knows or sees all the hard work Kristen does packaging all the Taylor Ham that gets to us Happy people. Sometimes people forget about the ones that really make it all happen. So Kristen this is for you from Rockland,Me. I work on a lobster boat out at sea every day catching lobsters. No one appriciates my work either. They just love lobsters like we love Taylor Ham.So keep up the good work. We LOVE you here in Maine!!

There should be an expiration date on the box or plastic wrapper telling you when it is best used by if you don't freeze it.

I typed my shipping address wrong and realized it only after I recieved my email confirmation. I call NJ PORK ROLL at 10:15 pm and got the owner on the phone !!!!!! She took care of my problem right away. This was important to me because it was a gift for my Father-in-law in Arizona. It is so hard in todays world to find a business that does an excellent job. This is one of them !! Thank You Kate.

That should say it all! When you move out of NJ & PA much more than you could possibly think goes with you. You may start missing TastyKakes, Wise Potato Chips and Hellmans Mayo then...all of a sudden you start to crave a Kaiser Roll, but not just any old roll. Now it's an Italian Peoples (The Trenton Burg) roll the Original Hoboken bread or the good old Phila. Ambrosia bagged rolls, and then it hits you dead in the pit of your stomach. What good is some of the best rolls money can buy without PORK ROLL? When your raised on Pork Roll and Cheese with fried peppers and onion you can hear a halo of**els above your head singing..Hallelujah ! I had only two (2) people left of my Christmas list that came from NJ & PA that I knew have felt the same way at one time or another. I immediately got on the computer and found Kate at Jerseyporkroll.com and she walked me through the entire process. You don't usually (if at all) get a live person to even answer the phone and sure enough not only did she answer, helped me with my order entry but even called me back when I thought I had it under control but FA-GET-ABOUT-IT! I didn't and she quickly caught it, corrected it and it will be on it's journey to the mid-west tomorrow. I not only placed the perfect order, know the product FIRST HAND but have also made a friend in the process. Us Jersey Girls got it going on. When you know you have a good product and then add that personal touch along with it, it no longer becomes a chore but you can actually say it's now a true gift.
