It isn't luck, Lori! We were closed for 14 days for shipping although we answered the phones and email every day except for Christmas and New Year's Day.

It takes several days to catch up after any holiday, but with Wednesay of this week and last week the only shipping days, we do fall behind.

We shipped the orders that arrived during the closed period this past Wednesday and yesterday. Your order that was just placed on January 2nd, too late for same day shipping, was processed 48 hours after it was placed and you were emailed a FED EX tracking number yesterday.

E-mail: 		Wow! Talk about above and beyond customer service...Kate takes the cake. After sending an email to her and asking for someone to contact me I got a response. While I expected a response, I didn't expect her to email me while she was on vacation! Kate got on her laptop and tracked my package which ended up being delivered that same day. My only complaint might be that while she was waiting on the tracking information to come back she described her lovely, sunny view of the beach - and I was looking at snow. I'd ordered an "It's a Jersey Thing" t-shirt for my boss, who is a former Jersey boy and is always talking about Taylors Pork Roll. If the roll is anywhere near as good as the customer service I received I may have to try some - Thanks Kate!

Thanks very much for your reply. I was surprised at the shipping speed, and really just was wondering if it had been shipped yet! I had no idea it had already gotten there (my dad didn’t call me to let me know). My dad grew up in Hightstown, and hadn’t had Taylor Ham for (he figures) about 50 years, so I was hoping it was a good call for Christmas. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your company’s fast service. I’m glad I found you, and I will be ordering from you again. Customer service like this is almost impossible to find these days, and you can quote me on that.

They called me as soon as they found out so my order could get to my father in Arizona by Christmas!!! Very friendly and customer oriented company. I would definitly recommend them to anyone.

Every Christmas we have taylor ham and because of you we are able to get it. My mom was born and raised in East Brunswick and every day after school she would always get a butterscotch krimpet. When she saw on your order form that you had them you should have seen her eyes light up and mine as well with the yodels.Here in Missouri we get off brands of those,but they are not the same,as well as the bagels with everything(I miss those too). Thank you so much!!You make it livable here. Good luck with your new employee a.k.a. Santa Clause, sounds like a real good hearted person. I promise the next time we are in New Jersey I will stop by and say hi. You are the greatest!!
