E-mail: 		Thank you so much. Your service was awesome! My brother, who lives in NJ and I in Nebraska unknowingly both ordered my father a Taylor Ham for Father's Day. Kate recognized the name and the town they were shipped to and called to ask me if I would like to go through with the second order or not. My dad is in his late 70's and two six pounders would have been alot so we decided to send it at a later date. I am so impressed that Kate took the time to call rather than just place the order and ring up the sale. Kate, I am a long time customer and look forward to doing business with you for years to come.

P.S. In a real twist, my H.S. aged kids surprised me with a Taylor Ham for Fathers Day. It arrived in Nebraska cold and fresh and we had it for lunch the same day. My kids are hooked as well. I am sure they will be long time customers.

Do you think you can send any of the Jersey shore?

E-mail: 		I just can't believe people can do these things these days! I don't even own a computer so I asked my neighbor to find Taylor's pork roll for me. I ordered two days ago and it was here by this morning at 10:00. The packaging was perfect. I left Dunellen, NJ over 60 years ago and I've been in California for 62 years and we sure did miss pork roll. I'm giving your name to my sisters and children. My brother will be so surprised when he sees this gift.

I was in a panic because I had not followed through on any of my Father’s Day gift ideas earlier. On Friday, two days to go, I was kicking myself for not sending even the card I had purchased 2 weeks before. I needed to get a gift to my Dad in Ft. Collins, Co. and most sites, except for flower companies, required your order placed by 10:00 am (est) Friday for delivery by Dad’s Day. Of course it’s 1:30pm (pst) by the time I get my act together. My plan was now to send the card overnight through the U.S.P.S. and order a gift for delivery on Monday. My Dad would understand but I hated the idea of missing the official day.
It’s only 1:30 pm I thought, a couple of hours before the cut off for next day delivery. I called Jersey Pork Roll to see if they could arrange a delivery to Colorado on Saturday. I forgot one thing… the time difference. It was 4:30 (est). Too late, damn.
Kate answered the phone and didn’t miss a beat, she was determined to get my order out for Saturday delivery. I could hear her running around on the other end of the phone, assembling the order. Her orders had been picked up already but Kate worked this order like it was her own Father. The order would need to be hand carried to the shipper by 5:00pm in order to make it to my Dad. Amazingly, Kate made it happen.
Kate was so nice and eager on the phone. She was the one running around and still she somehow calmed me down.
When I got home from work, I received email confirmation that my order was on it’s way.
Talk about amazing service! This type of personal care from a merchant is unheard of nowadays. Kate, I am so grateful that there are people like you and businesses like yours in the world, you make it a brighter place.

It has become a 'tradition' of our gang to enjoy this local specialty while in Jersey and to bring some home with us. Enjoying Taylor Pork Roll is reason enough for us to to plan atleast 2 trips a year to visit our 'buds'. Our order will be placed shortly now that we found out you ship while reading an article in 'Roadside Magazine' #34. Thanks to Michelle Westcott for the heads up.
