We guarantee our shipping through the United States Postal Service or UPS. Only residents of Hawaii must choose an expedited service. 

We believe you have a right to get what your pay for: high quality products, high quality service, and at a price lower than any other site selling Taylor products. If you don't get what you paid for, your order will be replaced.

The fine print, as there is always some fine print:

Some rules do apply -- You MUST provide a valid email address or telephone number when you order so we can contact you about your expected delivery time. We normally ship pork roll on the same day, or within 24 hours of ordering. 

You should expect it to arrive 2 to 4 days after it is shipped. There are some exceptions which void the guarantee and they are common sense based. We ask three things:

1. You can be contacted by email or phone for your shipping notification.

2. You leave a note for UPS or your mail carrier as to where your package should be placed. You are responsible for your package from the moment it is scanned as delivered.

3. Save the original packaging and products. If you dispose of the product before contacting us, the guarantee is void. Common sense dictates packages must be returned for a refund - please do NOT dispose of your order until you've contacted us by phone or email and received a reply.
