Barbecued or Grilled Pork Roll

Cooking With Pork Roll

Recipes from people who love Taylor Ham™® or Pork Roll

Most people don't think of pork roll as a picnic item, but it can be.

Slice Taylor Ham
or pork roll in slices as thick or thin as you prefer. (To cook well inside, don't slice it thicker than 1/2")

Brush with honey barbecue sauce, or any sauce of your liking. Here is a recipe for sauce from Tom at www.barbecuelord.com

1 gallon apple cider vinegar
6 oz. salt
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 cup cayenne powder
Place all ingredients in a stainless pot,
simmer for 1/2 hr
allow to cool before bottling

Grill it.. well done, or just warm, as you like it.

Add condiments of your choice.
Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, etc.

Serve on hamburger buns or hard rolls.
