8 slices
well-done pork roll, diced or crumbled

8 ounces
cream cheese (room temperature)

1/2 cup
heavy cream
-
1 cup
chopped green onions (green part only)

8 oz
Ricotta cheese
-
1/2 tsp.
salt
-
1/4 tsp.
pepper
-
6 eggs
-
1/2 pound
grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup
chopped green onions (green part only)

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Thoroughly mix eggs,
heavy cream, cream cheese, Ricotta, butter, salt and
pepper in a food processor until smooth. Add finely
chopped green onions and blend quickly.
Spray a quiche baking
dish with oil and pour mixture in. Sprinkle the Taylor Ham
evenly on the top and then add the grated cheese over the
top. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center springs back
to the touch or a knife comes out clean.
Approx 8 servings
