Trenton, or Goodie Pork Roll

Roll and Pasta -

1 cup Taylor Ham or Trenton Pork Roll cubed
1 pound pasta of your choice
Cream Sauce - recipe below
Pre-cook pasta, pre-cook cream sauce, add pork roll and
toss all together in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for
around 30 minutes.
Cream Sauce
1/4 c. butter 1 onion,
finely chopped 2 cloves garlic,
1 c. whipping cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
